Job Summary: Support the implementation and strengthening of the Quality Management System by documenting processes, developing manuals, and participating in continuous improvement. Interest in Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement **Support the implementation of the Quality Management System.** Map and document processes across various organizational departments. Develop and update job function manuals, procedures, work instructions, and policies. Design and maintain quality system forms, records, and documents. Support the development of the process map and process characterizations. Identify process improvement opportunities and propose optimization actions. Support monitoring of management indicators (KPIs). Participate in internal audits and updating of system documentation. Assist in staff training on procedures and forms. Perform other activities related to strengthening the Quality Management System. Requirements **Industrial Engineering student eligible to enter into an apprenticeship contract.** **Have endorsement from the educational institution to sign an apprenticeship contract.** Interest in Quality Management Systems, processes, and continuous improvement. Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 is desirable. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Basic proficiency in office software. Workplace: On-site employment
