We are pleased to invite interested candidates to apply for the position of IT Assistant General Purpose of the Position Ensure continuity, security, and efficiency of technological operations through comprehensive management of infrastructure, IT services, technological assets, support, and vendors. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for proposing improvements, identifying opportunities, anticipating technological risks, and delivering solutions—ensuring that IT processes evolve and remain aligned with the organization’s strategic direction. Required Profile - Technical or technological degree in Systems, Telecommunications, Computer Maintenance, and/or Software Development. Experience - 1–2 years in infrastructure, networks, technical support, technology procurement, and IT services. - Customer service experience. - Experience implementing IT projects or change initiatives.
