The Confa Employment Management and Placement Agency is recruiting, for one of our client companies, the position of: IT Support Required Education: Systems Technologist or related field Minimum Experience: 3 years as IT Support Competencies: Leadership and holistic approach, Achievement orientation, Teamwork, Assertive communication, Customer service orientation Monday to Saturday on rotating 8-hour shifts Indefinite-term contract Salary: $1,950,000 + statutory benefits Responsibilities: - Attend to and resolve user queries, incidents, and technical IT requests. - Support and maintain operational functionality of IT equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, tablets, cameras, and multimedia devices). - Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software to ensure proper operation of IT systems. - Apply and maintain defined security standards and access privileges for user information access and IP telephony usage. - Provide connectivity support between the main office and meeting rooms, coordinating with service providers. - Execute database and service information backups (MEKANO and ONLINE). - Supervise, design, and maintain structured cabling. - Keep all inventory and user requirement information updated on the SharePoint platform. - Deliver equipment. - Perform backups. - Perform backups of the cash register system. - Perform backups of the Mekano system. - Perform backups of ONLINE flat files. - Perform email backups. - Fulfill activities required for working at heights. - Ensure compliance with implemented procedures supporting the Aladino Salas de Juegos SAS Management System. - Requirements: Minimum Education: University / Technological program 3 years of experience Keywords: support, support, support, technical, tech, technician, technology, technology, technologist, system
