




Job Summary: A culinary technician or technologist is required to prepare food for restaurants, guests, and events while maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare food for restaurants, guests, and events. 2. Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure an optimal working environment. 3. Prepare ingredients for various dishes and familiarize oneself with kitchen equipment. We require a culinary technician or technologist (or related field) for our hotel in Bucaramanga, whose primary responsibility is to prepare food for restaurants, guests, and events according to specified recipes and internal quality standards, holding a valid certification and training in Good Manufacturing Practices, with certified experience in clubs, restaurants, and hotels. -Maintain your workstation clean and organized to foster an optimal, high-quality environment for all food preparation activities. -Report to the chef or head cook daily to receive assigned tasks and fully fulfill the required duties for the day. -Prepare all ingredients for soups, rice dishes, vegetables, salads, and juices to meet daily requirements; or prepare all ingredients for pastry preparations. -Know the kitchen equipment, operate it correctly, and keep it clean to maintain it in good condition and in compliance with quality standards.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Technical Program years of experience Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, assistant, helper, aide, culinary, culinario, cook, cocina, chef, cocinero
