




Job Summary: Support culinary production, kitchen maintenance, and inventory control, ensuring quality and compliance with food safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution of culinary production processes 2. Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the kitchen 3. Ensuring compliance with GMP and food safety standards - Assist in ingredient preparation and setup. - Execute production processes following recipes and established standards. - Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper organization of the kitchen. - Conduct and manage inventory of raw materials and supplies. - Complete operational forms, production controls, and required records. - Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards. - Support receiving, storage, and rotation of products.
