Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant with bakery experience to support product preparation, oven operation, and maintenance of order and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Development of baking and dough-handling skills At Newrest, we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant with experience in bakery processes, possessing skills in baking, dough preparation, and general kitchen support, ensuring quality, order, and hygiene in every process. Main Responsibilities: Support the preparation of bakery products (kneading, fermentation, baking). Operate ovens and monitor cooking times. Prepare doughs, breads, and related products. Provide general kitchen production support as required. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. · Requirements: Minimum bakery experience. Knowledge of baking and dough handling.
