We are currently seeking Kitchen Assistants to work at Universidad del Rosario - Claustro Bogotá. We seek committed, responsible individuals with a service orientation who wish to grow in the food and gastronomy sector. Main Responsibilities: Wash, peel, cut, and portion raw materials such as meats, vegetables, fruits, and cereals. Assist in food preparation and plating according to instructions from the chef or immediate supervisor. Maintain a clean workplace and comply with food hygiene and safety standards. Requirements: Minimum of 6 months’ certified experience in similar roles (e.g., kitchen assistant, kitchen helper, food handler, etc.). Availability to work Monday through Saturday, rotating shifts, including overtime. Willingness to perform kitchen cleaning duties.
