Monitoring of standard recipes Restaurant located in Teusaquillo \- Bogotá requires a Kitchen Assistant for its team, with knowledge of raw material preparation, mise en place, meat portioning, monitoring of standard recipes, and support in cleaning and sanitation activities. Academic level: High school diploma with restaurant experience or technical degree in culinary arts. Experience: Minimum 6 months Schedule: \- Monday to Friday, 8:50 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. \- Saturdays and holidays, 9:50 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. \- Sunday: Fixed day off. Contract: Indefinite-term employment contract. Salary: Minimum Monthly Legal Wage (SMMLV) \+ benefits \+ meals \+ tips. Position type: Indefinite Workplace: On-site employment
