Job Responsibilities: Preparation and handling of ingredients: Measuring, weighing, and preparing supplies; operating kitchen equipment; handling hot and cold cooking stations. Maintenance and cleaning: Ensuring order and cleanliness in the work area; complying with hygiene and safety standards; washing utensils and equipment. Regulatory compliance: Adhering to sanitary regulations and food safety standards to guarantee safe food. Collaboration and teamwork: Supporting efficient workflow alongside the kitchen team, communicating effectively, and resolving issues during preparation and packaging. Inventory control: Assisting in monitoring and reporting food stock levels, as well as supporting the restocking process. Position Conditions: Hourly variable salary: $8.277 Monthly average (based on scheduled hours) + Transportation allowance Monthly payment: On the 22nd of each month. Contract type: Indefinite-term or fixed-term contract. Location: Availability to rotate among sites in Bogotá Work Schedule: Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day per week.
