If you have experience handling doughs and preparing traditional items such as carimañolas, this opportunity is for you. Position: Kitchen Assistant – Production Education: High school diploma. Technical training in cooking or gastronomy is desirable. Experience: Minimum 1 year of certified experience in food production, dough handling, and traditional preparations in restaurants, hotels, or production facilities. Job Mission: Support food production and preparation processes, ensuring quality, flavor, and compliance with company-established standards. Main Responsibilities: • Preparation and production of traditional doughs and foods. • Preparation of carimañolas, egg arepas, and similar products. • Assist in ingredient and supply setup and portioning. • Ensure order, cleanliness, and organization of the work area. • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) protocols and quality standards. • Support kitchen operations according to service requirements.
