What Are We Looking For? Academic background: Technical or technological studies in logistics or administration-related fields. Experience: Minimum of 6 months in logistics functions such as inventory management, picking, and packing. Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts, full-time commitment, and travel across all our locations. What Do We Offer? Competitive salary: COP $2,054,000 + statutory benefits + transportation allowance. Direct contract: Initial fixed-term employment contract for 6 months, with potential renewal and prospects for job stability. Working hours: 46 hours per week on rotating schedules (Sunday to Sunday), including one mid-week compensatory day off.
