




At **Grupo Páramo**, we are seeking a **Logistics Assistant** to join our team and participate in the operations of large-scale events. Profile We are looking for a candidate with technical training in **event production, administration, or related fields**, and a minimum of **1 year of experience** in logistics operations or event management. Experience in cultural venues, hotels, or sports facilities will be valued, as well as knowledge of: * Furniture handling * Basic blueprint reading * Operational management systems * Office software tools * Safe loading techniques and basic maintenance What will you do? * Execute setups and teardowns according to blueprints and schedules. * Support operational procurement, data entry, and resource traceability. * Ensure proper use and condition of furniture and safeguard logistics warehouses. * Assist in the distribution of materials (dressing rooms, technical zones, backstage, and production areas). * Guarantee compliance with safety regulations, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and established protocols. * Schedule logistics meetings with clients, internal teams, and suppliers. * Draft meeting minutes and track action items. * Participate in drills, training sessions, and continuous improvement processes. * Report incidents or updates to the Logistics Coordinator. * Oversee the care and control of assigned inventory.
