Job Description As an in-house Nanny at Mama Vital, you will reside in the family’s home and provide full-time care for girls and boys. Your daily responsibilities will include basic care (feeding, hygiene, rest), accompanying children in play and educational activities, and following daily routines. You will also be responsible for organizing safe play spaces, preparing simple snacks, and assisting with schoolwork according to the child’s age. You will maintain constant communication with the family regarding the children’s daily activities and coordinate schedules, rules, and activities with them. This position is 100% on-site and located in Villavicencio. Requirements Proven prior experience in childcare (in homes, daycare centers, or similar settings). Ability to organize daily routines (meals, naps, playtime, study) and promote healthy habits. Empathetic communication skills, patience, and respectful management of boundaries and rules. Willingness to live in the family’s home, flexibility in working hours, and daily responsibility.
