Ensure operational risk management—including cybersecurity and information security risk, third-party risk, and business continuity—through implementation of methodologies and standards aligned with corporate policies, the Risk Committee, and applicable regulations. Lead the identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of risks, strengthening prevention and timely event management. Ensure the effectiveness of controls for managed processes and/or high-complexity events, Guarantee operational continuity, reinforce the security and cybersecurity framework, and minimize operational losses. Manage third-party and fourth-party risk. Ensure compliance with the defined operational risk appetite and loss budget, driving integrated risk management that strengthens resilience, efficiency, and sustainable achievement of strategic objectives.
