Confa Employment Management and Placement Agency is recruiting for one of our client companies the position of: Operating Room Coordinator Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Experience: 1 year of experience in nursing service coordination, preferably in the operating room Knowledge: Nursing team coordination; Clinical and surgical protocols; Medication administration and patient care; Health and service quality regulations; Health promotion and prevention programs Skills: Leadership; Teamwork; Assertive communication; Decision-making; Service orientation; Stress management; Critical thinking Contract Type: Fixed-term contract Schedule: Monday to Saturday (according to the healthcare entity's schedule) Salary: Between 2 and 4 minimum legal monthly wages (SMMLV) + statutory benefits Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients; Coordinate nursing services with the healthcare team; Implement health promotion, prevention, and control programs; Ensure quality of care and compliance with clinical protocols; Administer treatments, medications, and patient follow-up; Monitor patients' health status and progress; Lead the operating room nursing team and other clinical areas; Educate patients and their families on self-care and treatments. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Professional Degree 1 year of experience
