Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Assistant with experience in tourism and hospitality to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction in accommodation units. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational support and verification of accommodation units 2. Administrative and logistical management of guest check-ins 3. Handling situations and providing customer service to guests A well-established company in the tourism sector requires an Operational Assistant for its Medellín team. Technical or technological degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Customer Service. Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar positions. Knowledge of reservation platforms (Booking, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.). Basic or intermediate English. MANDATORY: Must own a motorcycle and have up-to-date documentation. Responsibilities: * Operational support and verification of units (confirm property readiness for check-in, verify cleaning, linens, report operational issues or damages identified prior to check-in, coordinate urgent matters with housekeeping and maintenance departments) * Support for administrative and logistical management (record incidents on operational platforms, track pending tasks related to check-ins, validate documents required from guests, maintain traceability of check-ins, incidents, and requests) * Support for situation handling and service (address basic issues related to unit access or functionality, escalate complex cases promptly to relevant departments, maintain clear, respectful, and professional communication with guests and internal teams) Schedule: Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday with one weekday compensatory day Salary: $2,000,000 + transportation allowance $249,095 + mobility allowance $300,000 + overtime pay Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Technical program 1 year of experience Languages: English Skills: English, Microsoft Excel, Platforms, Customer Service Driver's License: A2 Willingness to relocate: Yes Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, aide, operative, operational, assistant
