Logistics process optimization and report preparation A reputable company in the courier and logistics sector is seeking a Logistics Technician or Technologist—or a professional with a related background—to join its team in Medellín. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper inbound and outbound merchandise flow. * Coordinate receiving, storage, sorting, and dispatch processes. * Organize and supervise operational staff in loading, unloading, preparation, and route-related activities. * Control physical and system-based inventories. * Monitor operational timeframes and adherence to logistics cutoffs. * Manage operational incidents such as shortages, overages, or inconsistencies. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Prepare management reports and performance indicators. * Support logistics process optimization. Working Conditions: * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, according to operational needs. * **Work Location:** Medellín, Antioquia. * **Salary:** $1\.750\.905 \+ $200\.000 bonus \+ transportation allowance * **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract initially for 2 months, with 3 possible extensions leading to an indefinite-term contract.
