This role is fundamental to the development and expansion of our services. Responsibilities: Respond to signals generated in the software as defined in the procedure. Apply protocols corresponding to each generated event. Timely report any risk-related events. Promptly and effectively assign teams. Requirements: Education: High school diploma with proficient use of office tools. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in technological media positions, traffic assistant, traffic controller, or call center operator roles. Competencies: National and local geographic knowledge, typing skills, spelling proficiency, and proficient use of office tools. Proactive teamwork and good customer service. Schedule: Rotating 8-hour shifts. Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite contract. Work Location: On-site employment
