Position Summary: We are seeking an OSH Analyst to implement and monitor occupational safety and health programs, monitor KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Implement and monitor occupational safety and health (OSH) programs 2. Monitor KPIs and propose improvements 3. Ensure compliance with current legal regulations We are a large-scale event company currently seeking an OSH Analyst to work in Itagüí. The primary responsibilities of this role include: implementing and monitoring occupational safety and health programs; conducting inspections, training sessions, and incident investigations; monitoring OSH indicators and proposing improvement actions; ensuring compliance with regulations and safe working conditions; implementing and monitoring the Occupational Safety and Health Management System; identifying hazards, assessing risks, and determining controls; managing accident indicators; ensuring compliance with current legal regulations; supporting operational process improvements under safety standards; validating contractor personnel's ARL (Labor Risk Administrator) coverage; inspecting fire extinguishers and first-aid kits. Requirements: Proficiency in office tools (Excel) and knowledge of administrative processes; ability to work collaboratively and under pressure; strong communication skills and attention to detail; flexibility to work on-site as required and willingness to travel.
