We are a rapidly expanding restaurant chain seeking Service Advisors who want to balance their personal lives with dynamic work. **Your challenge with us:** You will support the operations of our sales locations in: * Comprehensive service at tables and the bar. * Coffee preparation (extra points if you have experience!). * Cash handling and delivery management. **What we are looking for:** **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar roles (restaurants, cafés, or service). **Attitude:** High energy, proactivity, and passion for creating memorable experiences. **Availability:** Willingness to rotate shifts across our locations in Medellín. **What we offer:** **Contract:** Indefinite-term contract (stability from day one). **Salary:** Proportional to hours worked ($852\.952 base approx.) \+ Transportation allowance \+ Meal allowance \+ Performance bonuses. **Schedules:** Rotating part-time shifts, Monday through Sunday (with a corresponding compensatory day off).
