




Job Summary: Support payroll, social security, benefits, and documentation management, addressing employee inquiries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support payroll settlement and calculation of social benefits. 2. Manage social security affiliations and updates. 3. Register and validate payroll updates. Register and validate payroll updates: shifts, overtime hours, night shift surcharges, Sunday and holiday surcharges. Support payroll settlement for operational and administrative staff. Support calculation of social benefits (bonus, severance pay, vacation pay). Manage social security affiliations and updates (EPS, ARL, AFP, savings fund). Review inconsistencies Update reports and departmental databases. Organize and archive payroll documentation.
