




Job Summary: Supports comprehensive payroll management, from recording updates to payroll settlement and addressing employee inquiries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages payroll and social security updates 2. Supports payroll and social benefits settlement 3. Handles documentation and addresses employee inquiries Register and validate payroll updates: shifts, overtime hours, night shift surcharges, Sunday and holiday surcharges. Support payroll settlement for operational and administrative staff. Support calculation of social benefits (bonus, severance pay, vacations). Manage social security affiliations and updates (EPS, ARL, AFP, compensation fund). Review inconsistencies Update reports and departmental databases. Organize and archive payroll documentation.
