A prominent outsourcing company located in **Kennedy Central, Bogotá**, is currently seeking a **Payroll Assistant** to strengthen its workforce. **Requirements:** * Technical or technological degree, or currently studying administrative, accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience managing high-volume payroll processing. * Experience in outsourcing companies (mandatory). * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of payroll update control and management. * Experience with interfaces and bulk data uploads. * Database administration and analysis. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Excellent service-oriented attitude. * Agile, efficient, and delivery-time-focused individual. **Main Responsibilities:** * Processing and calculation of large-scale payrolls. * Receipt, validation, and control of payroll updates. * Handling of interfaces and information cross-checking. * Database administration and report generation. * Support in social security and social benefits processes. * Verification and analysis of payroll data inconsistencies. **Working Conditions:** * Salary: $1\.900\.000 \+ statutory social benefits. * Bi-weekly payments. * Fixed-term contract for 3 months, extendable based on performance. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Availability to work on Saturdays when operationally required. * Work location: Kennedy Central, Bogotá.
