Stability and potential for growth A prestigious pilates studio is currently seeking an experienced Pilates Instructor who is committed and passionate about holistic health and wellness. We are looking for a proactive, organized individual with an outstanding service attitude who wishes to grow professionally within a dynamic environment focused on delivering a premium experience to our clients. Requirements Certification in Pilates Reformer and/or Mat. Experience leading group and personalized classes. Excellent personal presentation. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proactive, responsible, and punctual attitude. Ability to work collaboratively and deliver a warm, professional experience. Responsibilities Lead Pilates Reformer and/or Mat classes for various skill levels. Provide guidance and advice to clients during sessions. Ensure proper exercise execution and client safety. Open and close the studio according to the scheduled hours. Receive and assist clients to guarantee an organized and welcoming experience. Manage attendance and class scheduling. Maintain general order and cleanliness of the facility. Assist in creating basic social media content. Follow up with clients, confirm attendance, and handle basic communication.
