Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Engineer with experience in process management, standardization, and continuous improvement, responsible for designing, documenting, supervising, and optimizing the organization's operational and administrative processes. Experience: 2 years of experience. · Knowledge: Process management, documentation, and standardization. Development of procedures, work instructions, and flowcharts. Process modeling and improvement (BPM). Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar). Design and monitoring of management indicators (KPIs). Data analysis and preparation of managerial reports. Quality management systems and organizational improvement. Management and follow-up of action plans. Process auditing and internal control. Process analysis and optimization tools. Change management and organizational training. Implementation and automation of processes using technological tools. Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel and information analysis tools. Proficiency in process diagramming and modeling software (Visio, Bizagi, or similar). Standardize activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and guidelines. Supervise the execution of operational and administrative processes, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities. Implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing time, cost, quality, and productivity. Monitor and analyze management indicators (KPIs), preparing reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Coordinate activities across different organizational departments to ensure operational efficiency. Identify and manage opportunities to eliminate bottlenecks and strengthen internal processes. Support the implementation and monitoring of quality management systems, audits, and improvement plans. Train and assist staff in adopting new procedures and organizational changes. Participate in the implementation of technological tools and process automation projects.
