We are a company with over 30 years of experience in the construction materials sales market, and we are currently looking for a **Logistics and Production Assistant** to join our team.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, logistics, or production roles.
* Technical degree in logistics, industrial processes, administration, or related fields.
* Knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and production processes.
* Basic or intermediate proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
* ERP system experience (NetSuite preferred).
* Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure.
* **Availability to travel to Mosquera twice per week or as required.**
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Manage, organize, and archive physical and digital administrative documents, verifying information against delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders.
* Handle and route internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and document management with suppliers.
* Support the preparation of reports, follow-ups, and tracking of requests related to logistics, production, and orders.
* Track orders, returns, administrative cases, and assigned tasks, ensuring timely completion.
* Provide operational support to various departments as needed, including invoicing, payment confirmations, and cash handling when required.
* Update and monitor inventory data in the system, verifying receipts, shipments, assemblies, and material movements.
* Perform temporary replacements in the cashier or logistics department as operationally required, including customer service, invoicing, payment collection, order dispatch support, and document control.
* Assist with material receipt, supplier returns, and customer returns.
* Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and workplace facilities.
* Comply with internal procedures, safety and environmental policies, and company guidelines.
* Perform any other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
**We Offer:**
* Monthly salary: $1\.750\.905 \+ social benefits.
* Direct employment contract with the company.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
