REQUIREMENTS: Technical or university degree, or student (minimum 6th semester) in Logistics, Engineering, or administrative fields. Intermediate Excel proficiency (pivot tables, databases, formulas, and dashboards). Availability to work Monday through Saturday. Excellent written communication (writing and spelling). TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN: purchasing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and foster smooth relationships with customers and suppliers Communicate and confirm delivery schedules to suppliers along with purchase orders Manage and obtain various documents from suppliers Manage purchase order approvals Track supplier deliveries at the distribution center; verify merchandise entries into the system Manage and track claims arising with suppliers Handle, obtain, and analyze management indicators Participate periodically in customer and supplier meetings EMPLOYMENT TYPE: On-site position at: Km. 6, Medellín Highway.
