You will play a key role in delivering positive customer experiences, driving sales, and ensuring achievement of established targets. ### **Your Responsibilities:** * Provide personalized customer advice by identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions. * Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer. * Execute sales-oriented commercial strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets. * Maintain proper product display according to company guidelines. * Support implementation of promotional campaigns and marketing activities at the point of sale. * Monitor and manage inventory to ensure product availability. * Comply with established procedures, policies, and protocols for point-of-sale operations. * Contribute to achieving store commercial KPIs and objectives. * Support organization and participation in commercial events and promotional activities. Maintain order, cleanliness, and appropriate presentation of the point of sale. * ### **Who We Are Looking For:** **Education:** * Technical or technological degree in commercial areas, sales, marketing, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in sales and customer service. * Preferred experience in retail, wellness, health, or fast-moving consumer goods. * Experience in commercial advisory services and achievement of sales targets. **Basic Knowledge:** * Proficiency in basic office tools (Excel, Word, and email). * Basic computer skills. * Inventory management and product display (preferred). * Valid Food Handling Certification. **Competencies:** * Customer orientation. * Results orientation. * Effective communication. * Commercial acumen. * Influence and persuasion. * Proactivity and initiative. * Teamwork. * Organization and attention to detail. * Adaptability to change.
