Description

Job Summary: Responsible for access control, surveillance, visitor assistance, and ensuring compliance with security regulations, utilizing technology and providing emergency support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Access control and on-foot, motorcycle, or vehicle-based facility surveillance. 2. Visitor assistance and guidance, and incident handling. 3. Evacuation coordination and support to the work team. **1** Control access for personnel, visitors, and vehicles. **2** Conduct surveillance patrols on foot, by motorcycle, or by vehicle. **3** Assist and guide visitors at the gatehouse or reception area. **4** Verify compliance with internal security regulations. **5** Prepare reports and incident logs. **6** Use security technology (radios, smartphones, and other available tools as specified per project). **7** Safeguard the safety and integrity of individuals within the service area. **8** Coordinate and support evacuations during emergencies. **9** Operate light vehicles or motorcycles during patrols (if applicable). **10** Adhere to protocols established by SuperVigilancia. **11** Report incidents to immediate supervisor and follow instructions. **12** Support colleagues and promote teamwork. **13** Other duties associated with this position. **14** All organizational and client procedures applicable to this position.
