Job Summary: Responsible for controlling access, conducting surveillance, assisting visitors, ensuring compliance with security regulations, reporting incidents, and supporting emergency response. Key Responsibilities: 1. Access control for personnel, visitors, and vehicles. 2. Visitor assistance and compliance with internal security regulations. 3. Preparation of reports and incident documentation, and support during emergencies. **1** Control access for personnel, visitors, and vehicles. **2** Conduct facility patrols on foot, by motorcycle, or by vehicle. **3** Assist and guide visitors at the gatehouse or reception area. **4** Verify compliance with internal security regulations. **5** Prepare reports and documentation of incidents and unusual events. **6** Operate security technology (radios, smartphones, and other available tools as specified per project). **7** Safeguard the safety and integrity of individuals within the service area. **8** Coordinate and assist in emergency evacuations. **9** Operate light vehicles or motorcycles during patrols (if applicable). **10** Adhere to protocols established by SuperVigilancia. **11** Report unusual events to immediate supervisor and follow instructions. **12** Support colleagues and promote teamwork. **13** Other duties associated with this position. **14** All procedures established by the organization and client applicable to this position.
