Job Summary: Responsible for security, access control, surveillance, public interaction, and emergency management, utilizing technology and following established protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control access and conduct security patrols. 2. Attend visitors and prepare incident reports. 3. Protect the safety of people and assist during emergencies. **1** Control access for staff, visitors, and vehicles. **2** Conduct security patrols on foot, by motorcycle, or by vehicle. **3** Receive and guide visitors at the gatehouse or reception area. **4** Verify compliance with internal security regulations. **5** Prepare reports and documentation of incidents and unusual events. **6** Use security technology tools (radios, smartphones, and other available aids as specified per project). **7** Ensure the safety of individuals within the service area. **8** Coordinate and support evacuations during emergencies. **9** Operate light vehicles or motorcycles during patrols (if applicable). **10** Adhere to protocols established by SuperVigilancia. **11** Report unusual events to immediate supervisor and follow instructions. **12** Support colleagues and promote teamwork. **13** Other duties associated with this position. **14** All procedures established by the organization and client applicable to this position.
