Due to our continuous growth, we are seeking our next SOC Analyst—a key professional responsible for detecting, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity incidents within our team. Profile Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience in IT, NOC, SOC, or related areas (cybersecurity experience preferred). * Technical or professional education in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields. * Knowledge of threat monitoring, findings classification, and basic incident management. * Familiarity with platforms such as SIEM, EDR, NDR, and NOC tools. * Availability to work rotating shifts. Role Responsibilities: * Provide first response to cybersecurity or availability alerts, events, and incidents, following established playbooks and escalating as appropriate. * Operate monitoring platforms, systematically document findings, and support initial containment. * Prepare periodic operational reports, metrics (SLA/KPI), trends, and assigned risks. * Keep security knowledge up-to-date regarding threats, vulnerabilities, security controls, and share lessons learned. * Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication, SLA compliance, and value delivery. * Participate in risk management, business continuity, and continuous service improvement initiatives. * Comply with ISMS guidelines, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. * Perform other tasks related to the role and professional development, as required by service needs.
