Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and responsible Steward to ensure hygiene, order, and sanitation in the kitchen and production areas of a hotel. Key Highlights: 1. We seek committed and responsible individuals to perform as Stewards, ensuring compliance with the hotel’s hygiene, order, and sanitation standards. Requirements: Minimum high school education At least 6 months of experience in roles such as Steward, Kitchen Assistant, General Laborer, or related positions Valid Food Handling Certificate If you have experience in: Cleaning and disinfection of production and kitchen areas Washing of tableware, glassware, and kitchen utensils Handling and storage of raw materials using the FIFO method Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and sanitation plans Supporting inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply control Proper waste handling and disinfection procedures These will be some of your responsibilities: Implement the hotel’s sanitation plan Perform cleaning and disinfection of production areas, kitchen, and bakery Wash and disinfect tableware, glassware, and utensils in restaurants and event venues Assist in raw material storage and control Perform general kitchen cleaning, including night shifts Support meal service for staff Report industrial equipment issues Ensure proper waste handling and cleaning of assigned areas Complete cleaning forms and comply with established standards We offer: Salary: $1.793.600 Meals Development and growth opportunities Excellent work environment Job stability If you are an organized, proactive individual with a service-oriented attitude, we are looking for you!. -Requirements- Minimum education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education Less than 1 year of experience Knowledge: General cleaning, Hygiene and disinfection, Cleaning and disinfection processes
