As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of high-quality sushi dishes using fresh ingredients and applying the most advanced culinary techniques. Your responsibilities will include preparing nigiri, maki, temaki, and other sushi dishes, as well as collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient workflow. Additionally, you must maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment and utensils are in perfect condition. Prior experience in sushi preparation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required. You must possess a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing service demands.
