Proactivity and service orientation in technical support A leading national company engaged in food manufacturing and sales is currently seeking a Systems Technician to strengthen its workforce. We seek a Systems Technician with a minimum of 1 year of experience, responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s equipment, networks, and technological systems—both at the administrative headquarters and across various nationwide sales locations. Key Responsibilities: - On-site and remote technical support for users. - Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. - Installation and configuration of software and hardware. - Diagnosis and repair of computers and printers. - Network management and support (structured cabling). - Assistance in server administration. - Control and tracking of technological inventory. - Handling of technical requests and incidents. Requirements: * Technical or technological degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in comprehensive technical support. Knowledge in: Software (installation, configuration, licensing) Hardware (maintenance and repair) Networks and structured cabling Printers and peripherals User support Problem diagnosis and resolution skills Network management, printer maintenance, and billing systems; Proactivity and service orientation. Working Conditions: Salary: $2,000,000 Indefinite-term contract Work Mode: On-site Schedule: Office-based, with flexibility according to operational requirements (including travel to nationwide sales locations).
