Contract: Indefinite term Work modality: Hybrid Key requirement: Experience in the public sector and proficiency in SECOP I/II Main responsibilities - Review and analyze tender documents (technical, legal, and commercial requirements). - Support the preparation of technical, economic, and legal proposals. - Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and ensure alignment with the company's capabilities. - Ensure adherence to deadlines and timely delivery throughout the tender process. - Manage and control tender documentation (filing, updating, and requirements). - Monitor ongoing tenders and keep internal teams informed. - Analyze outcomes of previous processes and propose improvements to enhance competitiveness. - Monitor public procurement regulations and legislative changes. - Prepare progress reports, results, and identified opportunities. - Extensive use of the SECOP I/II portal and other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.-Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Technological program 2 years of experience Keywords: analyst
