Job Mission Strategically and operationally lead the Parmessano brand, aligned with the company’s strategic platform, ensuring budget compliance, achievement of management indicators, and adherence to quality standards under the operational tripod of ambiance, service, and quality. Requirements - Degree in Administration, Marketing, International Business, or Engineering (financial, administrative, or industrial). - Minimum 2 years of experience in managerial roles within the foodservice sector or related fields. - Experience in budget management, inventory control, logistics, financial indicators, and team leadership. - Knowledge of customer service, commercial strategies, and income statement analysis. - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities - Ensure sales and expense budget compliance through strategy monitoring and execution. - Guarantee operational excellence across all points of sale. - Supervise inventory, logistics, procurement, and infrastructure maintenance. - Ensure compliance with quality, service, and food safety standards. - Ensure regulatory compliance with authorities such as DIAN and the Secretary of Health. - Promote growth strategies, commercial agreements, and environmental sustainability. - Report indicators and results to the General Operations Directorate. - We seek a strategic leader passionate about service, with business vision, results orientation, and the ability to inspire teams toward excellence.
