To this end, they will implement clinical activities as defined by the IRC and jointly with partners at health centers, ensuring the provision of high-quality healthcare services to the target population in accordance with the logical framework, work plan, and budget. **Key Responsibilities:** * Under the supervision of the Health Coordinator, ensure implementation and organization of all necessary elements for health and SRH-related activities. * Directly contribute to achieving programmatic targets with support from the team, supervision, management, and program coordination. * Jointly develop health and SRH activities with partners at health centers or in communities. * Conduct referrals and follow-up on them. * Follow up with clients for subsequent consultations. * Ensure that clinical care provided at health services complies with clinical protocols, national health guidelines, and organizational quality standards. * Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely and appropriate access to medicines and diagnostic services. * Propose strategies to increase hygiene promotion, health education, and counseling for patients/caregivers. * Ensure that all consultations are properly documented and patient records completed, as well as other data collection tools. * Guarantee patient confidentiality and ensure that all consultations are conducted in a dignified and respectful manner. * Support information collection, satisfaction surveys, and other instruments required for monitoring and evaluation of interventions. * Ensure infection prevention and control (IPC) standards at service delivery points. * Submit daily statistics based on consultations performed and diagnoses made. * Conduct comprehensive and timely follow-up of individuals served. * Prepare pharmaceutical referral orders in accordance with the organization's authorized medicine list. * Be responsible for supplies, medical devices, and other items provided for professional practice. * Perform other tasks assigned by the Health Coordinator related to the contractual scope and enabling project implementation. **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Responsibilities:** Carry out duties arising from the employment contract in compliance with occupational safety and health regulations—not only to safeguard one’s own safety and health but also that of fellow workers and beneficiaries, and to protect the facilities where work is performed—reporting hazardous conditions or situations immediately to the direct supervisor or internal bodies (Occupational Safety and Health Unit, Occupational Safety and Health Committee) to prevent accidents and/or occupational illnesses, enabling timely action. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly and maintain it in good condition, promptly reporting loss, deterioration, expiry, or malfunction to the responsible person for supply or maintenance. Report one’s health status and participate in trainings and occupational safety and health committees, as well as others determined by the organization. Failure to fulfill occupational safety and health responsibilities and functions shall constitute serious misconduct and may result in disciplinary proceedings and/or termination of the employment contract. **Job Requirements:** **Education:** * Health sciences professional with a duly registered and licensed degree, per applicable national licensing laws. * Preferred: Minimum of one year of work experience managing health facilities and/or humanitarian health projects. * Preferred: Experience in primary healthcare and sexual and reproductive health; prior work experience in emergency and insecure contexts; and experience in breastfeeding promotion and nutrition. * Preferred: Certification of completion of the Minimum Initial Services Package (MISP) for Reproductive Health (RH). * Experience in knowledge transfer across diverse population groups. * Commitment to working through coordination mechanisms to influence outcomes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). **Preferred Experience and Skills:** * Strong written and oral communication skills. * Ability to deliver results and communicate effectively through report writing. * Teamwork capacity, flexibility, networking ability, resilience under pressure, and adaptability to changing contexts. * Ability to train and mentor internal and external staff on SRH, Primary Healthcare (PHC), STIs, and Antenatal Care. **Professional Conduct Standards:** All IRC staff and the organization must adhere to the values and principles outlined in the IRC Way \- Standards for Professional Conduct.
