Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to strengthen their experience by supporting accounting processes, especially in accounts payable and supplier management. We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant who wishes to strengthen their professional experience by supporting the organization’s accounting processes, especially in managing the accounts payable cycle, accruals, and supplier management. Main Responsibilities - Identify and apply the cost centers established by the Foundation to allocate expenditures to the corresponding department. - Understand and execute payment, billing, and supplier management procedures. - Register purchase and service invoices, verifying that documentation is complete for subsequent accounting entry. - Support the accounting accrual process and the management of the accounts payable cycle. - Ensure documentation complies with regulations governing electronic invoicing. Requirements - Technical degree in accounting, finance, or related fields. - Minimum 6 months of experience in accounting processes. - Knowledge of accruals, accounts payable, and supplier management. - Proficiency in office software tools. Working Conditions - Indefinite-term employment contract. - Salary: $1.750.905 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits. - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Work location: Entre Ríos Business Park.
