Job Summary: A leading Occupational Health and Safety Provider (IPS) is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to manage clients and support user service. Key Highlights: 1. Functions focused on effective communication and conflict resolution An IPS specialized in occupational health and safety, with extensive market experience and currently undergoing expansion, requires a Client Relationship Executive to provide services in the city of Dosquebradas. REQUIREMENTS: - Technical or technological degree in Marketing, Administrative Management, or related commercial fields - Experience working with corporate clients, telemarketing, commercial aptitudes, and client relationship skills. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: - Customer orientation and service mindset. - Proficiency in office tools and email management. - Ability to work under pressure. - Effective communication (verbal and written). - Negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Updating the database of assigned clients. 2. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients. 3. Supporting the management of user service incidents. 4. Performing other duties assigned to the position. REQUIREMENTS - Minimum education: Technical or technological degree. - One year of experience in quality within the commercial area of healthcare. - Prior experience in customer service and support is mandatory. - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM. - Salary: COP 1,750,905 per month.
