A construction company located in Bogotá is seeking a **Construction Resident** for a project located in the San Cristóbal Sur area of Bogotá. **Position Profile:** Civil Engineer, Architect, or Construction Engineer/Architect with a postgraduate degree in Project Management and/or Construction Management and/or Construction and Infrastructure Project Management and/or a postgraduate degree in Structural Engineering. **Professional Profile:** The candidate must demonstrate at least Four (**4\) years** of professional experience directly related to civil engineering, architecture, or construction engineering/architecture, counted from the date of issuance of the professional license card. This experience must focus on activities inherent to the profession, such as **construction or technical execution of civil engineering or architectural educational projects. (Having 4 years of experience specifically in educational construction is strictly mandatory.)** **Specific Experience:** The candidate must document specific experience as a Construction Resident in building construction projects falling under at least one of the following typologies, across a maximum of **three (3\) completed contracts**: I\-2 Health or Disability I\-3 Education In the following roles: · Construction Resident · Construction Oversight Resident · Independent Technical Supervisor At least **one (1\) executed contract** must demonstrate experience in constructed covered area equal to or greater than **2\.375 m2\.** Additionally, in at least **one (1\) of the contracts**, the candidate must certify the construction of reinforced concrete retaining walls or diaphragm walls. The candidate must demonstrate a minimum tenure of six (**6\) months** in the position. **Provide the following information** 100% on-site dedication. * Indefinite-term contract with all statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, and Saturday morning. * Competitive salary.
