Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise daily construction site activities. * Lead and manage operational personnel (skilled workers, assistants, and contractors). * Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. * Coordinate material, equipment, and tool supply and proper usage. * Report progress, updates, and requirements to the Resident Engineer or Project Director. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. * Monitor execution timelines and personnel performance. * Maintain order, organization, and adherence to construction schedules.
