Job Summary: We are seeking committed Home Caregivers to provide comprehensive care and support to patients in their homes, assisting with basic activities and monitoring their health status. At Cuidarte en Casa S.A.S., an IPS specialized in comprehensive home-based care, we are looking for committed, compassionate, and responsible Home Caregivers to provide care and support to our patients at home. Main Responsibilities: Assist patients with basic activities such as feeding, hygiene, mobility, and comfort. Patient management; gastrostomy, tracheostomy, or ventilated patients. Continuous accompaniment and monitoring of the patient’s general condition. Promptly report any changes in the user’s condition to the healthcare team. Comply with institutional patient safety and humanized care protocols. Maintain respectful and empathetic communication with the patient and their family. Record performed activities according to the IPS guidelines. Requirements: Training as a Caregiver or Nursing Assistant, or certified experience in home care. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in patient care (preferably home-based). Basic knowledge of patient care, mobility, and warning signs. Experience managing gastrostomies, tracheostomy secretion aspiration, or ventilated patients. Excellent service attitude, responsibility, and vocation for caregiving. Availability for shifts as required by service needs. Required Documentation: Updated resume. Copy of national ID document. RUT (Economic Activity Code 8699/8692).
