At West Química, we are looking for a Field Technical Service Assistant responsible for conducting scheduled technical visits to healthcare sector clients, ensuring proper operation of dispensing equipment, compliance with cleaning and disinfection protocols, as well as providing technical support on institutional hygiene standards and best practices. This position is critical to strengthening customer experience, delivering specialized advisory services, and generating solutions aligned with the operational needs of clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions. Responsibilities Execute the scheduled route of technical visits to healthcare sector clients. Verify on-site client compliance with established cleaning, disinfection, and hygiene protocols. Identify operational risks or conditions that may affect cleaning standards and propose improvement actions. Perform basic maintenance on chemical dispensing equipment. Check chemical product inventories at client sites and report supply-related updates. Conduct effectiveness tests of cleaning products and protocols. Train client personnel on safe handling of chemical substances, use of PPE, and good hygiene practices. Timely record completed visits in the internal system. Carry out audits, diagnostics, technical support, and installations as required by the client. Requirements Technical or Technologist degree in Quality, Sanitation, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in technical visits, quality assurance, and specialized general services. Own motorcycle, valid driver’s license, and current SOAT / Tecnomecánica documentation.
