This position is for SUPPLA CARGO S A S. **Role Description:** ------------------------ Ensure tracking, analysis, and management of operational information, supporting warehouse and transportation logistics processes, ensuring timely customer service, and contributing to achieving the department’s management indicators.**Requirements:** --------------- ### **Academic Qualifications** * Technical or Technological degree in Logistics, Administration, Customer Service, or related fields ### **Experience** * Minimum 2 years of experience in: + Warehouse logistics operations. + Transportation processes. + Telephone-based customer service. + Operational tracking and management indicators. ### **Technical Knowledge** * Advanced Excel (mandatory). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Customer service. * SAP knowledge (desirable). * Development and analysis of performance indicators. * Database handling and monitoring. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Manage customer-reported issues and ensure their resolution. * Conduct tracking and monitoring of warehouse and transportation operational processes. * Administer, consolidate, and analyze operational information. * Develop and monitor departmental management indicators. * Generate operational reports to support decision-making. * Ensure effective communication with internal and external customers. * Support identification of process improvement opportunities in logistics. * Monitor compliance with established service-level agreements.
