We want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Qualifications** **Your Role as Protagonist of Transformation:** * Technical documentation and evidence. * Software development applying sound architectural and DevOps practices, along with rigorous unit testing during backend or frontend, API, and service development. * Active participation in agile ceremonies (especially under the Scrum methodology) and direct collaboration with other technical teams (Backend, QA, Design, Product). * Independent research, demonstrating problem-solving ability and proactivity. * Maintaining effective and clear communication, with strong teamwork skills. * Actively using, promoting, and leveraging Stefanini-provided Artificial Intelligence tools, adopting a mindset of continuous improvement and AI-driven optimization. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We’re Looking for to Join Our \#TopazTeam:** * Current residence in Bogotá (non-negotiable). * Proven experience in Java (senior level required; certifications preferred). * Knowledge of Angular 8\- Angular 16\. * Knowledge of JavaScript\- Kendo. * Intermediate knowledge of AWS (certifications preferred). * Desirable knowledge of Transact\-SQL. * Basic knowledge of stored procedures. * Intermediate English language proficiency. * Commitment and teamwork, goal-oriented mindset. **Additional Information** Your Topaz experience is our priority!
