Requirements: 1. Graduate Technologist in Pharmacy Management. 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance, secure billing of medications, inventory control, performance indicator management, dispensing of medical devices, and high-cost medications. 3. Experience in handling and applying pharmacy regulations and procedures. 4. Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a team. 5. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 6. Knowledge of pharmacy information systems. 7. Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. Responsibilities: 1. Ensure proper dispensing and control of medications and medical devices. 2. Conduct inventory control and monitoring. 3. Ensure secure and timely billing of medications. 4. Lead and coordinate the pharmacy team. 5. Apply and enforce pharmacy regulations and procedures. 6. Maintain updated pharmacy management indicators. 7. Provide guidance and counseling to users regarding appropriate use of medications and medical devices.
