Technician, Technology graduate, or students in systems or related fields (non-degree holders), with technical knowledge at levels 1 and 2 in infrastructure, structured cabling, and telecommunications (switch, router, and firewall administration). Software Technical Profile: Focuses on interaction among printers, operating systems, and digital infrastructure. Driver Management: Installation, updating, and configuration of OS-specific drivers for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Network Configuration (Connectivity): Assignment of static IP addresses, configuration of network protocols (TCP/IP), and management of printing via Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Print Servers and Queues: Administration of print services, job prioritization, and resolution of communication errors on local or cloud-based servers. Firmware: Performing internal machine software updates to fix security vulnerabilities or improve performance.
