Production Operator

Description

Job Summary: Machine operator for rewinding machines with experience in production plants to ensure product quality and achievement of production targets. Key Highlights: 1. Experience valued in operating rewinding or extrusion machinery. 2. Operate the rewinding machine and verify product quality. 3. Maintain an organized workstation and support setup activities. Experience * Minimum six (6\) months of experience in production plants, preferably in plastic, packaging, or industrial process companies. * Experience in operating rewinding or plastic film extrusion machinery will be valued. RESPONSIBILITIES * Operate the stretch film rewinding machine according to established procedures. * Verify that the product meets specifications for width, weight, gauge, and presentation. * Perform roll and material changes as required. * Identify and report defects or anomalies during the production process. * Package, label, and organize finished products. * Accurately complete production and quality control forms. * Keep the machine and workstation clean and organized. * Support reference changeovers and machine setup. * Promptly report mechanical damage or failures to the supervisor. * Meet production targets established by the company. * Correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Comply with Occupational Safety and Health regulations and the company's Internal Work Regulations. * Participate in training sessions scheduled by the company. * Support other departmental activities as required.
