Job Summary: We are seeking an Organizational Psychology Intern to support talent attraction, assessment, and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of reports and labor due diligence Professional Call: Organizational Psychology Intern Company: HELI IPS Department: Human Talent / Talent Attraction Location: Administrative Office Purpose of the Position To provide technical and analytical support in identifying, assessing, and onboarding human talent, ensuring compliance with institutional quality standards and alignment of candidates with position profiles defined by the IPS. Main Responsibilities * Recruitment Management: Execute talent acquisition strategies through specialized sources for the health sector and perform technical screening of resumes (screening). * Psychotechnical Evaluation: Administer, score, and interpret psychological assessment tools (projective and psychometric tests), ensuring result validity. * Competency-Based Interviews: Support execution of interviews using structured methodologies (e.g., STAR) to assess potential and cultural fit. * Analysis and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive psychological evaluation reports serving as input for area leaders’ decision-making. * Verification and Reference Checking: Conduct labor due diligence, including background checks, academic degree verification, and professional trajectory validation. * Talent Pool Management: Maintain and organize databases of eligible candidates to optimize response times for critical vacancies. Requirements * Final-year Psychology student or currently enrolled in internship semester, authorized by your educational institution to enter into an internship agreement. * Strong interest in Organizational Psychology and personnel assessment processes. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word) and talent management platforms.
